ITINERARY:

DAY 1 - Arriving in Fort McMurray

Upon arrival in Fort McMurray, you will be met by a local guide and transferred to your hotel. En-route, stop to suit-up in winter attire (winter clothing will be provided), and receive an orientation of the area. Join a late evening tour to the aurora viewing facilities including interpretive commentary, soup, and hot beverages.

DAY 2 - Exploring Fort McMurray

Today is a free day to explore Fort McMurray. Lunch is included today at your hotel. This evening, return to the viewing site to see the Northern Lights, a striking natural occurrence in the Canadian North. Normally, there are curtains of white, blue and green colours in this natural light show. They also form a corona that seems to burst. Your guides are astronomers and are available to answer questions. Treats and hot beverages are included tonight..

DAY 3 - Departing Fort McMurray

Following a morning check out from your hotel, transfer to the local airport to conclude your vacation.
