ITINERARY:

DAY 1 - Arrival in Winnipeg

Your tour will being in Winnipeg, Manitoba. This afternoon you will take a tour of the city where you will see sights such as the Legislative Building, St. Boniface Museum and the Manitoba Museum.

DAY 2 - Winnipeg to Churchill

This morning, take a flight from Winnipeg to Churchill (included) which starts your journey in the North. Your first outing will include a Churchill and Area Tour. This is a guided bus tour of local and historical points of interest surrounding Churchill, including such attractions as Cape Merry, Port of Churchill and Manitoba Conservation's Polar Bear Holding Facility (weather permitting).

DAY 3 - Exploring Churchill

This morning, take part in a 3 hour Beluga Whale tour. Quickly move around the beluga whale estuary and experience the largest beluga whale population in the world at surface level. Also included is a look at Prince of Wales Fort National Historic Site of Canada; the oldest most northerly stone fort in the country.

DAY 4 - Whale Watching in Churchill

This is your last day spent in Churchill, Manitoba. Start your day with a morning whale watching tour aboard the Zodiac. This tour is 2 hours long and has some excellent opportunities to spot the wildlife of Northern Canada. This afternoon take a Tundra Buggy to view the spectacular polar bears in their own habitat. Afterwards, the remainder of the day is at your leisure to do some final exploring.

DAY 5 - Departing Churchill

Today, transfer to the Churchill Airport for your flight to Winnipeg to catch a return flight to your homeward or onward destination.
