ITINERARY:

DAY 1 - Arrival in Calgary

Upon arrival into Calgary, transfer on your own to the downtown area and your overnight accommodation.

DAY 2 - 4 - Discovering Homeplace Ranch
Spend these three days seeing the highlights of Calgary, including the Calgary Tower, Calgary Zoo and Heritage Park (a real frontier town), the majestic peaks of the Rocky Mountains and relaxing at Homeplace Ranch. This is a year round working guest ranch in Alberta's cattle country. Along the way, you'll ride an Ice Explorer onto a glacier, take a gondola to the summit of Sulphur Mountain and spend some time at lovely Lake Louise. Your nights will be spent in perfect relaxation at the Homeplace Ranch, with live entertainment by cowboy poets, singers or narration by Native Americans.

DAY 5 - Returning to Calgary
After breakfast, you have some free time to explore the area. After lunch, the next leg of your journey is a drive through Kananaskis Country. This is an unspoiled paradise of towering mountains, pristine lakes, evergreen valleys and glacial streams. At the end of the day, you arrive back in Calgary, where you will be dropped off at your hotel.
