ITINERARY:

DAY 1 - Calgary to Lake Louise

Pick up your rental vehicle (not included) when you arrive at the Calgary International Airport. Drive through the rolling foothills and the Rocky Mountains - your destination is spectacular Lake Louise. Along the way, be sure to check out some of the spectacular sights such as Vermillion Lakes and Castle Mountain.

DAY 2 - Exploring Lake Louise

Today is a free day in Lake Louise to explore your surroundings. Perhaps take a drive to the nearby Moraine Lake or even down to Yoho National Park.

DAY 3 - Visiting Banff

Today drive to world-famous town of Banff in the heart of Banff National Park. Once there, be sure to save time for an unforgettable ride on Banff Gondola to the top of Sulphur Mountain, and the warm Upper Hot Springs pool.

DAY 4 and 5 - 'Rocky Mountaineer' to Kamloops and Vancouver

Drop your rental vehicle at the Banff Springs Hotel and transfer down to the Banff Train Station to board the "Rocky Mountaineer", bound for Vancouver with an overnight stay in Kamloops. En route you'll see the Kicking Horse Canyon, the amazing bridges of the Rogers Pass area, the roaring waters of the Fraser River at Hell's Gate, and the narrow gorge of the Fraser Canyon. Upon arrival in the west coast city of Vancouver transfer (included) via taxi to your hotel.

DAY 6 - Departing Vancouver

A morning check out completes your Continental Divide vacation.
