ITINERARY:
DAY 1 - Arrival in Toronto
Upon arrival in Toronto, transfer (included) to your chosen downtown hotel. The remainder of the day is yours to explore Canada's largest and most lively city.
DAY 2 – Exploring Toronto
Experience the sights, sounds and history of multicultural Toronto at your speed, on your time. Your ticket today on the Greater Toronto Double Decker Circle Tour allows you to see the city with professional drivers and commentary, all the while giving you the complete flexibility to visit some of Toronto's sights, major attractions, shopping areas or unique cultural districts. Highlights include the CN Tower, SkyDome, Casa Loma, Queens Park, Yorkville and Chinatown to name a few. Afterward, check into the VIA Rail Station to board the train for your 4 night journey to British Columbia.
DAY 3, 4 & 5 – VIA Rail's 'Canadian' from Toronto to Vancouver
For the next couple days, you will travel through the provinces of Ontario, Manitoba, Saskatchewan and Alberta before entering the province of British Columbia. Your accommodations will be in either a private (deluxe) or semi-private (moderate) sleeper which all have windows to view the magnificent sights. All meals are included while onboard the train.
DAY 6 - Arriving in Vancouver
You will arrive into Vancouver this morning and transfer (included) to your chosen downtown accommodation. Afterwards you will have the opportunity to get out and explore Canada's largest west-coast city. The Trolley Attractions tour which you will have admission to will take you to all the hotspots including Gastown, Chinatown, English Bay, Granville Island and Stanley Park.
DAY 7 - Departing Vancouver
A morning check-out and a transfer (included) to the Vancouver International Airport will end your "Cross Canada" vacation.
