ITINERARY:

DAY 1 - Arriving in Vancouver

A 1 night stay in Vancouver begins your tour. (Transfer to hotel is included.) The rest of the evening is at your leisure to explore the city and surrounding area. An excellent choice to begin your vacation is a short trip out the famous Capilano Suspension Bridge located in north Vancouver. Here you will trek over a 450 foot bridge hanging 230 feet above the Capilano River. A public transit service is available which runs throughout the day to and from the bridge.

DAY 2 - Whistler Mountaineer "Coast Classic" from Vancouver to Whistler

The Whistler Mountaineer is a 3 hour, premier train journey from North Vancouver to Whistler. It delivers the unique blend of contrasts the Sea to Sky region is famous for; cities and old growth forests, bustling action and natural serenity, deep valleys and snow-capped peaks, seascapes and mountain views. The route features views of West Vancouver, Stanley Park, Howe Sound, Shannon Falls, Mount Garibaldi, Brandywine Falls and Cheakamus Canyon.

DAY 3 - Exploring Whistler

Today's your exploration of Whistler begins with a Treetop Canopy Walk on a network of suspension bridges, boardwalks and trails from the forest floor to the upper reaches of the forest canopy. The remainder of the day is yours to explore this quaint village in the heart of the Coast Mountains.

DAY 4 - Flightseeing from Whistler to Victoria

After a free morning in Whistler, a one hour floatplane flight takes you from Whistler to Victoria's Inner Harbour for a two day stay.

DAY 5 - Touring in Victoria

Today's excursion will take you on a round trip in search of killer whales, porpoises, harbour seals, and other marine wildlife. The boat will slow or stop allowing passengers to observe wildlife, take photographs, and ask questions. Remember to dress warmly (layers is best) and don't forget to bring your camera or binoculars.

DAY 6 - Returning to Vancouver

A morning checkout and scheduled service transfer by coach and ferry from Victoria to Vancouver concludes your West Coast tour. The transfer stops at the Vancouver Bus/Train Station and makes selected stops at the Vancouver International Airport.
