ITINERARY:

DAY 1 - Vancouver to Lac Le Jeune

Departing Vancouver, travel towards the beautiful interior British Columbia. Leaving the Pacific Coast behind, you will be pleasantly greeted by some of the most stunning scenery in the country. Explore Minter Gardens while enjoying lunch, before traveling up the world-famous Coquihalla Highway for some magnificent photo opportunities. End your trek with an early evening arrival at Lac Le Jeune Resort. You will have plenty of time to relax and enjoy the truly Canadian ambiance of this wilderness lodge.

DAY 2 - Lac Le Jeune to Banff

After breakfast (included), a morning departure from Lac Le Jeune will take you onwards through British Columbia towards the Canadian Rockies. A lunch break in Revelstoke (included) and a further stop at Lake Louise "Jewel of the Rockies", before arriving in Banff for your overnight stay.

DAY 3 - Discovering Banff

Enjoy this morning's 'Discover Banff' Excursion with a visit to the Banff Hoodoos and the Bow Falls. Also visit Sulphur Mountain with an opportunity to reach the summit in a Brewster Gondola car. The remainder of your afternoon is at leisure to explore the breathtaking landscape and shops of Banff. Enjoy a second evening in this famous resort.

DAY 4 - Visiting Lake Louise and the Yoho Valley

Today, enjoy a full-day excursion to Lake Louise (seasonal*). Highlights include Johnston Canyon, Moraine Lake, Takakkaw Falls, Emerald Lake and of course Lake Louise. Return to Banff in the early evening.

DAY 5 - Banff to Jasper Sightseeing

Today is a full day guided excursion to Jasper on the Icefields Parkway via Lake Louise. Brilliant scenery, historic interpretation, and a ride onto the Athabasca Glacier via the famous Ice Explorer highlight your day.

DAY 6 and 7 - 'Rocky Mountaineer' to Kamloops and Vancouver

All aboard the "Rocky Mountaineer" for a two day rail adventure. Experience the spectacular Kicking Horse Pass views and the Spiral Tunnels as you wind your way through the mountains of the Canadian Rockies. Overnight in Kamloops. En route to Vancouver the 'Rocky Mountaineer' follows the Thompson and Fraser Rivers to Hell's Gate Canyon. Breakfast and lunch are served onboard. Upon arrival in the west coast city of Vancouver transfer via taxi to your hotel.

DAY 8 - Departing Vancouver

A morning check out from your hotel concludes your Majestic Circle vacation.
