ITINERARY:

DAY 1 - Discovering Banff

Your motorcoach adventure will commence downtown Calgary this morning, heading towards the resort town of Banff. Upon arrival, a sightseeing excursion will provide an overview of the main highlights in the area, plus a ride on the Banff Gondola up Sulphur Mountain. Your next two overnights will be spent in town, giving you plenty of opportunities to explore the many shops and restaurants.

DAY 2 - Exploring Banff

Your day is free to experience all that Banff has to offer! You may wish to take an optional tour, lake cruise, rent a canoe, go hiking, biking or roller blading or just spend some time exploring the town site. A visit to the Whyte Museum is included.

DAY 3 - Banff to Jasper Sightseeing

Today your journey will take you north along the Icefields Parkway. After a stop at the Athabasca Glacier to ride on a Brewster Ice Explorer you will continue on to Jasper for your next two nights accommodation.

DAY 4 - Exploring Jasper

A morning discovery excursion of Jasper will include many fantastic sights including Pyramid Lake and Maligne Canyon (seasonal*). Following your tour you will take a cruise on Maligne Lake with a stop at the famous Spirit Island, providing opportunity to photograph one of the most popular lakes in the world. The afternoon is at your leisure and the overnight is spent at your chosen Jasper hotel.

DAY 5 - Jasper to Lake Louise Sightseeing

You will have a free morning to see more of the town and Jasper National Park before you are transferred on an express service to Lake Louise.

DAY 6 - Lake Louise to Lac Le Jeune

This morning you will continue westward though the Canadian Rockies, traveling over the Kicking Horse Pass and the Continental Divide to reach Revelstoke by lunchtime. The journey will then continue through the interior of British Columbia, and an evening buffet at the peaceful Lac Le Jeune resort will await you upon arrival.

DAY 7 - Lac Le Jeune to Whistler

Today's tour will travel to Vancouver via the Coquihalla Highway. It passes through some of the most beautiful landscapes in the province. This dramatic change of environment is always exhilarating, as you go from misty coastal cedars and tall firs to bright sunlight on the high rock faces in the space of half an hour. Continue past the Coquihalla, traveling through Hope. While here, be sure to try to get some photos of the world-famous totem poles. Minter Gardens is the lunch stop for today. After lunch, there will be some time for a leisurely stroll around the world-class gardens before your departure for Whistler.

DAY 8 - Whistler to Vancouver

After a free morning, you will travel along the magnificent Sea to Sky Highway into Vancouver to complete your journey either downtown or at the Vancouver International Airport.

*When day tours or attractions are not operational in the off-season, the price will be adjusted or there will an alternative excursion/attraction made available.
