ITINERARY:

DAY 1 - Arrival in Vancouver

Upon arrival into Vancouver transfer on your own to your overnight accommodation. The rest of the evening is at your leisure. Perhaps take some time to head to North Vancouver to visit the Capilano Suspension Bridge or take a walk down to the seawall and explore the beautiful beaches.

DAY 2 - Vancouver to Prince Rupert

This morning you will be transferred to the South Terminal of the Vancouver Airport to board your flight for Prince Rupert. When you arrive into the Prince Rupert, you will board a bus for the ferry ride to downtown and then take a taxi on your own to your hotel (transfer, ferry and taxi are not included).

DAY 3 - VIA Rail from Prince Rupert to Prince George

Transfer by taxi this morning to the railway station (transfer included). Here you will board VIA Rail with Touring Class service which offers breakfast, lunch and dinner onboard. Arrive in Prince George in the evening and transfer to your hotel (taxi transfer included). Note: For departures starting in May and end of September, "Totem Class" onboard the Skeena is not available. Passengers will travel in "Economy" that does not offer included meals.

DAY 4 - VIA Rail from Prince George to Jasper

After re-board VIA Rail train where breakfast and lunch are included onboard (seasonal). Arrive in the early afternoon, and transfer by taxi to you hotel (transfers included).

DAY 5 - Jasper to Banff Sightseeing

Today you will drive to Banff via Canada's most spectacular mountain highway - the Icefields Parkway. A ride on a Brewster Ice Explorer on the Athabasca Glacier. After a brief stop at Lake Louise, you will continue on to beautiful Banff for an early evening arrival. Begin a two-night stay in Banff.

DAY 6 - Discovering Banff

This morning join a Discover Banff Excursion. Visit attractions such as the thundering Bow Falls and the beautiful hoodoos. Your final stop is at the Banff Gondola for a 360 degree look at Banff and the Bow Valley.

DAY 7 - Departing Banff

Transfer by Brewster scheduled airporter service to Calgary International Airport to end your Skeena & Rockies vacation.
