ITINERARY:
DAY 1 - Arriving in Vancouver
Arrive into Vancouver today and check into your selected overnight hotel. The rest of the evening is at your leisure to explore the city and surrounding area. An excellent choice to begin your vacation is a short trip out the famous Capilano Suspension Bridge located in north Vancouver. Here you will trek over a 450 foot bridge hanging 230 feet above the Capilano River. A public transit service is available which runs throughout the day to and from the bridge.
DAY 2 - Whistler Mountaineer's 'Coast Classic' from Vancouver to Whistler
The Whistler Mountaineer is a 3 hour, premier train journey from North Vancouver to Whistler. It delivers the unique blend of contrasts the Sea to Sky region is famous for; cities and old growth forests, bustling action and natural serenity, deep valleys and snow-capped peaks, seascapes and mountain views. The route features views of West Vancouver, Stanley Park, Howe Sound, Shannon Falls, Mount Garibaldi, Brandywine Falls and Cheakamus Canyon..
DAY 3 - Whistler to Vancouver
