ITINERARY:

DAY 1 - Arriving in Vancouver

Upon arrival at Vancouver International Airport, transfer by motorcoach, taxi or limousine (not included) to your downtown hotel. If you feel up for some fun activities right off the get-go, then make your way to North Vancouver tonight to check out the amazing Capilano Suspension Bridge: a 450 foot bridge that hangs over a 230 foot drop to the Capilano River. This is truly a unique experience which shouldn't be missed!

DAY 2 - Vancouver to Victoria Sightseeing

Your destination today is the city of Victoria located on Vancouver Island. Departing Vancouver you will travel via Highway 99 through the rich farmland of the Fraser River delta. Continue south to the Tsawwassen Ferry Terminal where you will board a BC Ferry for your ninety-minute ferry ride through the scenic Gulf Islands. On arrival at the Swartz Bay Ferry Terminal, travel south along the Saanich Peninsula to Butchart Gardens. This 20-hectare (50-acre) botanical showcase is famous for its skillful blending of rare and exotic plants and trees mixed with native flora. Continue on the Victoria, traveling through the scenic Upland and Oak Bay residential areas, with spectacular views of the Olympic Mountains and the Strait of Juan de Fuca.

DAY 3 - Returning to Vancouver

Your day is free until your transfer back to Vancouver. Upon arrival in Vancouver, you will be dropped off at your hotel. The rest of your day is at leisure.

DAY 4 - Vancouver to Whistler

Today, depart Vancouver via a scheduled motorcoach and travel north along the scenic Sea to Sky Highway to Whistler. Upon arrival in Whistler, you will be dropped off at your selected hotel where the remainder of your day is at leisure.

DAY 5 - Whistler to Lac Le Jeune

Departing Whistler, travel towards the beautiful interior British Columbia. Leaving the Pacific Coast behind, you will be pleasantly greeted by some of the most stunning scenery in the country. Explore Minter Gardens while enjoying lunch, before traveling up the world-famous Coquihalla Highway for some magnificent photo opportunities. End your trek with an early evening arrival at Lac Le Jeune Resort. You will have plenty of time to relax and enjoy the truly Canadian ambiance of this wilderness lodge.

DAY 6 - Lac Le Jeune to Banff

Breakfast is included today before continuing eastward to the Canadian Rockies. As you pass through the Shuswap Lakes area, Salmon Arm and Sicamous, keep watch for osprey and eagles who inhabit the treetops. Continue along the Trans Canada Highway to the city of Revelstoke, with a lunch stop at the Coast Hillcrest Resort (lunch is included). The afternoon consists of stunning views as you travel through the Kicking Horse Canyon towards Lake Louise and Banff.

DAY 7 - Discovering Banff

This morning's excursion takes you through the town of Banff and its environs. You'll ascend Tunnel Mountain Drive to view Bow Falls and the majestic mountain hoodoos. Take a mid-morning stroll along Lake Minnewanka or 'Lake of the Spirits' to refresh yourself prior to your final stop at Banff Gondola. Enjoy a ride on a gondola car to the top of Sulphur Mountain with 360-degree panoramic views of the surrounding mountain ranges, valleys and lakes.

DAY 7 - Banff to Calgary

Today is free to explore until your transfer (included) to Calgary. Upon arrival in Calgary, you will be dropped off at the Calgary International Airport or your downtown hotel.
